Backlog report, updated 14 October 2026. The last Challenger route into the VCT EMEA Stage 2 play-ins went through a separate LCQ. Riot’s official schedule shows Eintracht Frankfurt beating FOKUS Clan 2–0, Mandatory 2–0 and Cilekler 3–0 in the final on 12 July. Cilekler had eliminated Fire Flux Esports and CGN Esports on its side of the bracket. One place, several different tests, and no room for a “we were saving strats” speech.
The TGN read
Frankfurt’s clean final is impressive, but the route is the more useful scouting note: different opponents demanded different answers and the team kept advancing. Cilekler’s run deserves credit too. One failed final should not erase a bracket full of earned wins. If EMEA wants a credible open pathway, this is the kind of qualifier it needs—visible results, real consequences, and a clear next step into the VCT play-ins.
